Send from your own domain in Gmail with Cloudflare Email Sending
Gmail is ending “Send mail as” for addresses it doesn't host (Google Help). With Cloudflare Email Sending and SendAs Bridge you keep writing in Gmail, and your email is sent from you@yourdomain.com through your own Cloudflare Email Sending account.
Same place as your Cloudflare Email Routing. Public beta. 5 MB per email.
1. Set up Cloudflare Email Sending
- Your domain must use Cloudflare DNS, and your account needs the Workers Paid plan (3,000 emails a month included).
- In the Cloudflare dashboard open Email Service → Email Sending and onboard your domain. Cloudflare adds the DNS records for you.
- Copy your Account ID from the domain's Overview page.
- Go to My Profile → API Tokens → Create Token, give it permission to send email (Email Sending) for your account, and copy the token.
Cloudflare Email Sending is in public beta and limits each email to 5 MB.

- API token — My Profile → API Tokens → Create Token, with the Email Sending "send" permission for your account.
- Click Connect. Chrome asks to let SendAs Bridge reach Cloudflare Email Sending's API — click Allow. The key is checked right away.
- Add your address (for example you@yourdomain.com) and your name.
- Run the domain check and fix anything marked ❌, then send yourself a test. Open it in Gmail: SendAs Bridge shows Gmail's SPF, DKIM and DMARC verdict.
3. Send from Gmail
Open Gmail, start a new email or a reply, and pick your address in the From row at the top of the compose window. Replies to mail sent to your domain select it automatically. Click Send; a copy appears in your Gmail conversation.
